I conducted a thorough analytical research involving surveys and interviews followed by users journey.

Style Guide | When in doubt, refer to the style guide

It starts from a Mood board then other elements follow. The style guide is essential to the project consistency. I based my design on a universal UI for a familiar user interface to the users.
